Cougar® is an urban light outer garment (softshell).

The fabric used protects against wind and light rain. The hood, which can be stowed away at the collar, can be easily adjusted using a pocket-accessible drawstring and a rear flap. The hood is quickly accessible and has a hood pocket with zip and a two-way zip.

The jacket has three hidden ID panels that are suitable for staking out work by law enforcement agencies: two smaller ones at the front and one larger at the back. Two blank ID fields attached with Velcro are included so that the user can embroider or print a suitable ID.

Chest pockets have small organizers and D-rings for lanyards, upper arm pockets have cable eyelets. At the bottom left is a fairly large inner pocket closed with Velcro. The Quick Side Access ™ (QSA ™) system allows easy access to belt-mounted tactical items.

Due to the ergonomic features of QSA ™, the user has access to belt-mounted, e.g. Holster in one smooth movement to reduce reaction time in a life-threatening emergency.
